Pizza Brainstorm #1 of 3: Smoked Moz & Roasted Tomatoes

A more or less standard pizza, except for the fresh-made dough, the fresh, smoked mozarella, the fire-roasted (canned) tomatoes, and the half-vegetarian/half Italian sausage & pepperoni design. Garlic and green peppers on both sides, of course. Extraordinary!

Brainstorm #2. Brainstorm #3.

It's a fairly standard pizza except for three important subtleties: the smoked moz and the roasted tomatoes, obviously, but less obviously, my daughter's carefully crafted dough, which she wants to be both chewy and crunchy. I don't know how she does it, but that's the way it comes out. The totality of the dish is extraordinary. I hope yours is too!

Yummy! The pizza all looks so good and I love pizza with loads of cheese. I'm betting that the cook used a stone under the dough. However she did it, chewy and crunchy sounds fantastic. Thanks for sharing.
