Off hand it seems unlikely that Ana Darcy would wear any of the high-heeled shoes, but who can say what she would wear in the service of a disguise or at the kind of fancy dress events that she sometimes is called on to attend. Taking these things into account, I'd hesitate to say that any of them are shoes she absolutely wouldn't wear.
