To all who get them right, I will send a suitable prize. Since many of you have read the books in electronic form, did you know that the face of Ana Darcy is on each cover? It's hard to see even on the paperbacks. How about if I send you enhanced cover pictures showing the face on each? Just tell me which of these shoes she has never worn.

Off hand it seems unlikely that Ana Darcy would wear any of the high-heeled shoes, but who can say what she would wear in the service of a disguise or at the kind of fancy dress events that she sometimes is called on to attend. Taking these things into account, I'd hesitate to say that any of them are shoes she absolutely wouldn't wear.
